Project Description
“The development of administrative capacity in the field of public governance – a coordinated approach of the center of the Government of Romania, financed by the Norwegian Grants 2014-2021” – code PNP003
The project is part of the PA16 objective on “improved public administration integrity and accountability”
It falls under the support areas of “Strengthening Institutional Capacity” and “Accountable, Inclusive and Transparent Government”, and addresses the following measures suggested in the Blue Paper: capacity building and skills development at all levels of public administration and support for public administration reform programmes, with a focus on strengthening good governance, democratic institutions, transparency and the prevention of corruption.
The General Secretariat of the Government in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and the Authority for Digitization of Romania
It implements the project “Development of administrative capacity in the field of public governance – a coordinated approach of the Romanian Government Center”, which aims to increase the coordination capacity at the center of the government through a coherent and structured approach to the public agenda of government reforms.
The project benefits from a grant worth €3.020.000
“Local development, poverty reduction and increasing Roma inclusion”, financed by EEA and Norwegian Grants 2014-2021 and administered by the Romanian Social Development Fund and develops five components: governance center, open governance, digital governance, integrity and innovation in the public sector .
